Summary
- This act revises criteria for local government review of a subdivision application with regard to impact on adjacent agricultural operations. It prohibits governing bodies from any consideration of whether the proposed subdivision will result in a loss of agricultural soils. In addition, governing bodies may not require a set-aside of land or monetary contribution for the loss of agricultural soils.
