Summary
- Allows boards of county commissioners to delegate certain subdivision review responsibilities to county administrative staff, including approving or denying final plats and related amendments or corrections, approving subdivision improvement and related agreements, reviewing and approving required studies and plans, and approving subdivision exemptions.
- Any such delegation may not include approval of agreements that involve spending public funds or limiting appeal rights, and must require public notice, an opportunity for written public comment before an administrative decision is made, and the ability to appeal administrative approvals or denials to the board of county commissioners.
