Summary
- Amends Section 7-191c of the 2024 supplement to the general statutes (added by 2023 SB 6942, above) to modify the limits imposed by that section on municipal modifications of certain land use procedures. The section now permits establishment of a combined zoning and planning commission and allows some downward modifications of voting majority requirements for eminent domain and public land sale if the current requirement is more than a simple majority.
