Summary
- This bill exempts divisions or parcels of land that are exempt from subdivision review from storm drainage review requirements, if they are used for a single-family residential purpose and include no more than 25% of area that is impervious.
- Additionally, the bill directs the Department of Environmental Quality to issue rules for simplified methods for storm water reviews, including acceptable minimum storm water volumes based solely on impervious areas for proposed lots with one or two single-family residences.
