Summary
- Limits the portion of infrastructure improvement costs counties may require developers to bear as a condition of approval for a property development project to those costs that are “roughly proportionate to the proposed development as approved by a professional engineer” retained by the county. The county must assign such costs within 30 days of the developer’s application. Provides a process by which developers may appeal the determination of a county regarding the apportionment of infrastructure improvement costs.
