Summary
- Requires each board of county commissioners in a county that has adopted a building and energy code to report the current version to the Colorado Energy Office by January 1, 2020.
- Requires each board of county commissioners, when adopting or updating a building code, to adopt and enforce a building energy code that meets or exceeds the standards of one of the three most recent editions of the International Energy Conservation Code.
