  • Requires local governments to make an inventory of all lands they control or own in excess of foreseeable needs in all urbanized areas and urban clusters, to report such information to the Department of Housing and Community Development, and to provide, upon request, the list to any citizen, limited dividend corporation, housing corporation, or nonprofit corporation.
