Summary
- Prohibits cities or counties from filing objections to regional housing need determinations by the Department of Housing and Community Development if the local government does not have a council of governments.
- Repeals Section 65584.02 of the Government Code, which provided for an alternative process for determining existing and projected regional housing needs.
