Summary
- Prohibits local governments from applying the provisions of a temporary land use regulation to the review of a specific land use application if the local government has formally initiated proceedings to amend its land use regulations in a manner that would prohibit approval of the application as submitted.
- Requires local governments to disclose in writing all of the rights of an applicant restricted by a development agreement; voids any provision in a development agreement for which a local government has failed to disclose restrictions on an applicant’s rights; and prohibits development agreements if a municipality or county’s land use regulations establish all applicable standards for development.
