Summary
- Requires local agencies, upon completing review of postentitlement phase permits, to return written findings with requested revisions to the applicant if found to be noncompliant with permit standards or to return the approved application if found to be compliant;
- Prohibits local agencies from requiring further appeals or additional hearings for postentitlement phase permits once they have determined that the permit is compliant with applicable standards; and
- Includes all building permits, whether discretionary or nondiscretionary, under the definition of postentitlement phase permit.
