Summary
- Allows state and local agencies to transfer property to public, private or nongovernmental bodies for a public benefit, or affordable housing development.
- Requires affordable housing development to be affordable for households at or below 80 percent of the local adjusted median income.
- Exempts state forest lands, common school lands or other lands subject to legal restrictions from transfer.
