Victoria is a postdoctoral fellow at the NYU Furman Center. Her research focuses on how individuals respond to natural disasters and the role of the government in assisting recovery. Prior to joining the Furman Center, she received her PhD in economics from UCLA, her master’s degree from the University of Chicago, and her bachelor’s degree from Rice University.
