Finlay Scanlon is a Policy and Communications Graduate Researcher at the Furman Center. She is currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration at NYU Wagner, where she is also a Bloomberg Fellow. Prior to graduate school, she worked for the City of New York, holding roles at the Department of Transportation, the Mayor’s Office of Climate and Environmental Justice, and the Parks Department. A native Texan, she holds a B.A. in International Relations and Public Policy from the University of Texas at Austin.
