In 2024, Morris Park/Bronxdale was the city’s 46th largest neighborhood by population out of 59 neighborhoods. It has the 19th largest proportion of nonwhite population, the 45th highest median income, and the 34th most expensive rents of the city’s 59 neighborhoods. In 2024, the homeownership rate in Morris Park/Bronxdale was 29.0%, which is lower than the citywide share of 32.7%. The homeownership rate in the neighborhood has decreased by 2.9 percentage points since 2010.
