Summary
- Requires the Commission on Housing Affordability provide recommendations in its annual report to address the loss of moderate income housing units in the state and to support and encourage the new construction or rehabilitation of replacement units.
- Requires the Department of Transportation to report the total number of housing units permanently vacated or destroyed as a result of department action, as well as the total number of moderate income housing units permanently vacated or destroyed as a result of department action.
