Summary
- Establishes a working group of various state officials to plan for agency coordination to maximize state resources and promote smart growth and other goals in high-use corridors near higher-density areas through the infilling and redevelopment of underutilized land. The working group shall also propose a plan for technical assistance grants for municipalities to develop regulations governing high-use corridors, including model transit-oriented development zoning ordinances.
