Summary
- This act revises county zoning laws to require a local governing body to hold a public hearing whenever an agency proposes to use public land contrary to local zoning regulations. The agency is required to attend the public hearing. The act also permits local governing bodies to deny such proposals. This is achieved by removing a prohibition of denial.
