Summary
- This act prohibits local governing bodies from adopting resolutions that require property owners to pay a fee for the purpose of providing housing for specified income levels or at specified sale prices; or to dedicate real property for the purpose of providing housing for specified income levels or at specified sale prices.
- This includes a payment or other contribution to a local housing authority or the reservation of real property for future development of housing for specified income levels or specified sale prices. It also prohibits these requirements as conditions of subdivision approval or approval of an addition or through zoning regulations.
