Summary
- Amends Section 2 of Chapter 665 of the Acts of 1956 (Session Law enabling Boston to enact zoning ordinances) to incorporate Boston’s inclusionary development policy into the zoning code by providing that the zoning commission may adopt inclusionary zoning regulations or amendments to establish and further inclusionary development (defined in Section 7) for income restricted housing in residential developments.
