Summary
- Clarifies that density bonuses, incentives or concessions, waivers or reductions of development standards, and parking ratios granted under the Density Bonus Law must be implemented in a manner consistent with both the Density Bonus Law and the California Coast Act of 1976.
- Reinforces that the bonus Law does not supersede, alter, or diminish the application of the Coast Act within the coastal zone, while expressing legislative intent to harmonize the two statutes.
