Summary
- Makes supportive housing use-by-right in multifamily and mixed-use zones, including nonresidential zones permitting multifamily uses, for developments where 100% of units serve lower-income households with public funding and at least 25% (or 12 units, whichever is greater) are restricted to supportive housing residents.
- Requires local governments to approve qualifying developments within set timeframes and prohibits parking minimums for supportive units within ½ mile of a public transit stop.
