Jacob Haas is a PhD student at the NYU Wagner School of Public Service and a doctoral fellow at the Furman Center for Real Estate and Urban Policy. Before his time at NYU, he was a senior research specialist at the Eviction Lab, where he contributed to research on eviction patterns across the United States, and a research associate at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. Jacob earned his B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Washington University in St. Louis.
