Summary
- Allows for the creation of housing and transit reinvestment zones around light rail and bus rapid transit facilities (in addition to previously authorized zones around commuter rail stations); requiring zones to include a reasonable percentage of dwelling units with more than one bedroom; and capping the number of zones around light rail stations in a county at eight and the number of zones around bus rapid transit stations at three.
