Summary
- Clarifies that “Continuing care retirement communities” that no longer operate as such and are converted into residential units for sale and rent must now comply with city or county regulations on voluntary or mandatory inclusionary zoning policies on new multifamily structures. Exempts CCRCs that still operate as such from these requirements.
