Summary
- Requires local agencies to reduce parking requirements for development projects converting or adapting a designated historical resource, unless otherwise required by local ordinance: projects within one-half mile of a major transit stop may not be required to provide more parking than existed on the site at the time of application, and projects converting to nonresidential use must receive at least a 25% reduction in required parking spaces.
