Testimony: Housing Access Voucher Program from the NYU Furman Center
The NYU Furman Center submitted written testimony to the Senate Standing Committee on Housing, Construction & Community Development, Senate Standing Committee on Social Service, and Senate Standing Committee on Aging on the costs and benefits associated with the proposal to establish a new voucher program, Housing Access Voucher Program (HAVP), that would be funded by the State of New York.
